Students new to Golden Lake Elementary meet weekly, building connections with their peers and getting acquainted with the school. The students wrapped up the week with small group activities, an ice cream treat, and a t-shirt displaying their pride for their new school. Starting next week, new students can invite a classmate, building a network of friends at their new school.
